Order Cancellation 

(Custom Made Goods)

"Canceling before production begins"

• Orders may only be cancelled & refunded if you request this before the production of your shutters, doors, or blinds begins. 

*If production hasn't started a refunded will be given within 1-2 weeks via mail, but carries a fee of $150.00 to cover our costs for the appointment, which will be deducted from the deposit being refunded.

  ex. Deposit $1000.00

        Fees     -$150.00

        Refund  $850.00

"Cancellation during or after production"

• Orders in which production has began, the deposit will not be refunded when canceling, this is due to the custom made goods of your order that has begun to get constructed by our craftsman.
